Childhood Obesity
Do you know that 18 percent of the children in the United States are obese? Yes, this is true; according to the article “local Governments” 18 percent of the children are obese throughout the United State. Children with obesity could be problematic to their bones and joints. It also has other consequences such as diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep apnea and social and psychological problems such as stigmatization and poor self-esteem. The major consequence is the heart disease which may cause death to the children with obesity in the United State. I am sure nobody would want that, so we have to work together to get rid of childhood obesity. This essay will describe proposed solutions to the problem of childhood obesity. Finally, this essay will propose the best solution and explain its benefits.
The rate of obesity in Puerto Rico is 30 percent. In Puerto Rico, the government is trying to come up with an idea to get rid of obesity. So they made a law. The law is to gave a fine to those parents whose children are obese. According to the article “local governments” it also says that kids would be checked every four weeks for improvement. If, after six months, the child does not lose weight their parents can be fined $500. However, if the child still doesn’t show any improvement after six months, the fine could increase to $800.
In addition, there are several more solutions to prevent the childhood obesity. Fist of all, I recently heard in school that cooking food at home is a good way to prevent obesity because its healthier than fast food. Parents should be smart with their kids to cook their favorite food at home in a healthier way and have them eat it before they go outside so they don’t get hungry and buy unhealthy food. Secondly, one of my classmates discussed raising that raise taxes on sugary drinks. This will prevent children from becoming obese because seeing the price of expensive drinks would make them not buy it. They would prefer the cheap non sugary drinks which is better than sugary drinks. Thirdly, I heard another solution from the student in my school. He said that eating vegetables is the easy way to prevent childhood obesity. As shown, there are a lot good solutions to prevent childhood obesity.
In my opinion, the best way to prevent obesity is by giving more time in gym class to children with obesity. And the teachers should grade them on their performance so that they take it seriously. This will encourage students to do well in gym class to get higher grades. When I was in high school, teachers used to grade us on our performance and I have seen a lot of improvement in students approaching their goals to get good grades. I suggest everybody throughout the world to follow the solutions stated in this essay to live a better, healthy and happy life.

Academic Paragraph
A couple with the same birth order might have some problems in a relationship. If the couple is both oldest they might be parental to each other. I know a couple and their birth order is the same. They are both the oldest. They may have problems in their relationship. They are being parental to each other because of the way they lived their lives as children. They are often telling each other what to do. That causes a lot of fights between them. In addition, it is not good for the people living with them such as their family members. The conflict might influence them in a bad way. Overall, a couple who are being parental toward each other may not be living in harmony together. Also it is not good for the people around them. In order to live a life with fewer problems, they should understand each other and be patient.
